A heron

A great blue heron standing at the line of rocks (can you spot it?).


A fuzzy close-up.


It was just standing there like that the whole time, its body tilted at an odd angle.

    That's the worst slouch I've ever seen on a heron. Prolly a juvenile (delinquent).
